All prices are quoted per accommodation unit and night (without breakfast) with normal occupancy. The prices exclude the local tax of € 4.60 per person and night, payable by guests of over 14 years of age. All business transactions are governed by the official conditions of Austrian Hotel Contract Law. These may be found here.

Our generous breakfast buffet has something for everyone. We can serve you a soft boiled egg or classic scrambled eggs - with herbs or tomatoes, if you wish. The buffet also offers fresh fruit, a selection of cheeses, various sausages and tomato mozzarella, as well as muesli, yoghurts and many more treats for the taste buds.

deposits
Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of 30 % of the accommodation price. This deposit is due on the day of booking and can be made by credit card (VISA or Euro-/Mastercard), preferably by bank transfer.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellation of your booking is possible as follows:

| Up to 1 week before the planned arrival date | 70 % of the total booking cost |
| In the last week before the planned arrival date | 90 % of the total booking cost |
